Austin Quann ®
Austin Quann began his design career in high school, where a passion for creativity was sparked in a Photoshop class. After gaining early experience interning as a designer at his first job—where he worked on email marketing campaigns and newsletters—Austin continued honing his skills, leading to a design role at STIIIZY, a prominent cannabis company.
At STIIIZY, Austin’s versatility and out-of-the-box thinking allowed him to work across multiple departments, including L&D, retail, and marketing. Starting in instructional design, he created training assets like custom icons, characters, and internal materials such as dress codes and in-store menus. Austin also contributed customer-facing graphics, including promotional flyers, website banners, and in-store menus.
In his marketing role, Austin worked on high-profile projects like rebranding STIIIZY’s mission, vision, and core values, which were featured as glass lobby installations and web graphics. He also created licensing presentations, leadership conference materials, and onboarding decks that supported training initiatives.
Beyond his professional work, Austin is passionate about houseplants, music, and exploring new creative techniques. He regularly engages in personal design projects to continue evolving his craft. Austin’s focus now is on expanding his skill set, embracing new challenges, and contributing to impactful design projects that push boundaries.
